In the event of my application being accepted, I hereby agree to be bound by the rules of the Club. Members are reminded some sports played at the Club may be subject to admission charges. Please note that photo ID is required for applications under the age of 21. The Glen Innes & District Services Club is subject to the provision of the privacy act 1988. The personal information provided by you on your Membership Application form and attached documents will be used to process your application. Failure to provide all of the requested information may result in your application being rejected. You have a right to access and correct any of your personal information that the Club holds about you.
